Relax your mind, take a break from all that you’ve been doing. Give yourself at least 15 minutes to do what you like. Whether if that is a nap, walk, drive, or doing your hair. While you’re consumed with so much work, take a break. Rest your eyes from the virtual world for a few. Come back to reality and give yourself an applause for all that you’ve accomplished. You may not think you’ve accomplished anything but you have. There was one point where you were wishing to be where you are now. Be grateful for it all whether good or bad. Once you have given yourself at least 15 minutes, get back to work on a clean slate.
