Girls Inc. of Greater Philadelphia & Southern New Jersey 1st In HER Hands Summit will be held on Saturday, December 12, 2020 from 9:50 am to 2 pm. The summit will include several topics for girls to learn more about their health, environment and mind. They will be having self-care activities, yoga, zumba, and a fun nutrition class to teach girls about how they can take care of their health and mind! Girls will also participate in a civic engagement workshop where they will learn how the environment can impact their health and how they make a change in their community. Summit attendees will have the opportunity to interact with guest speakers and mentors from the health and wellness field, engage in meaningful activities, and participate in sisterhood that promotes love and respect for all.
