1. Before you start your classes, make yourself some breakfast.
2. Go for a run to get you started for the day.
3. Turn on some positive music and dance to get you in a good mood.
4. Meditate before turning on your computer.
5. Sit outside and enjoy the weather for about 5-15 minutes let the sun sit on your skin.
6. Journal or write down your thoughts if it may not be your morning.
