First, you need to look up schools local to your house in case of an emergency and also look at schools that you really would like to attend. PSA: There is nothing wrong with attending community college. Make sure you write down information like tuition cost, class size, graduation rate, majors, room and board, and clubs/organizations. Put yourself in the shoes of the students on that campus and try to envision what it would be like for you. Write down the date that the schools application opens. Make sure to keep in mind of what they are looking for from you.

Visit the school, speak with students who attend, and ask questions. Due to COVID-19, you should do a virtual tour to get an idea of what the school is like.
